Akanyoweh Foundation support less privilege students in education, it support those who couldn’t make it in education to become self-employed, it also health screen to its beneficiaries. Keeping this thought in mind Akanyoweh Foundation has initiated its step for the same. We are doing this through our well-planned and comprehensive programs in healthcare, poverty, education, environment, livelihood.

Akanyoweh Foundation in partnership with Design and Technology Institute have embark on a Youth Scholarship Skill Training interviews in the Kasena Nankana Municipal in some senior high schools and communities . This is being funded by Master Card Foundation.
Akanyoweh Foundation collaborate with Master Card Foundation in Mirco Small and Medium Enterprise training in Navrongo Municipal Assembly Hall for two days.
Akanyoweh Foundation is implementing a nine (9) months project in the Kassena Nankana Municipal on GAVI Programme Support Rational (PSR.YR2) in immunization. These are stakeholders engagement meeting with the Municipal Health Director and his management team. The Kassena Nankana Municipal Health Director and his management team have been able to identify five Sub- Districts that are performing low in immunization. These Sub-Districts include Manyuro Sub- District Gingiringo CHPS, Kologo Sub-District Biu CHPS, Kologo Sub-District Nyorbisi CHPS, Navrongo Central Balobia CHPS and Navrongo Central Kugwania CHPS . The five Sub-Districts volunteers training took place in the Municipal Health Directors Conference Hall.

Akanyoweh Foundation in partnership with Development Research and advocacy center with Ghana Health Service being funded by Anesevad District level training -Surverlliance on leprosy and NTDs Related skin diseases in the Upper East Region of the Bulisa South District. This is a two years project on how to identify cases and manager them. We trained thirty (30) Health Staff participants for two days
The Akanyoweh Foundation meets the Bulisa South District Technical team on how to carry out the community leaders engagement in five sub- District at the District Health Directorage Fumbisi. The Akanyoweh Foundation now engaging the five which includes Farinsa, Kanjarga, Baasa, Zeng and uwesi communities leaders on how to carry out community durbers . This community durbers are to help us identify persons with NTDS/ Leprosy in the Bulisa South District. After the community leaders engagements, we went to Radio Fumbisi 99.7FM to educate the general public on NTDS/ Leprosy.
